My focus is infill and investment property: older homes on good lots, the builders who buy them, and investors buying flips and rentals. I still help families buy and sell their homes, and the same land and rental numbers go into every file.
That focus comes from the building side. I'm a builder as well as a REALTOR®, so I look at a lot the way a builder does: what it can carry, and what it takes to build on it. Add my access to an exclusive list of off-market lots, and infill and investment are where I can do the most for you.
I keep my finger on the heart of Calgary's communities, tracking rising values and the details that truly matter to buyers. I believe in honest, grounded advice; I'll never pretend a home is perfect, and I'll always give it to you straight.
Communication and the "make-or-break" details like contracts and deadlines are my top priorities. To me, you're not just a sale, you're someone trusting me with a major life chapter, and I don't take that lightly.
When I'm off the clock, I'm a proud parent to two dogs. I recently adopted a new girl who is quite literally my daughter and the light of my life. Whether I'm navigating a deal or out with my pups, I'm all about looking after the ones we love.
