What's still coming to market
In mid-September 2026, 248 builders held permits for 1,121 infill units in Calgary's established communities that were still in early construction. Most of them will come up for sale over the next year, which matters if you're buying a new infill or selling against one.
What it means for owners in these communities
A builder already working on your street knows its land values and has a reason to want the next lot. If you own an older home in one of these communities, you have more potential buyers than the house alone suggests.
