Who this covers
This is the website of Harjas Dulku, a REALTOR® with REAL Broker in Calgary, Alberta. For any question about your information, email HarjasRealtor@gmail.com or call or text 587-832-4273.
What you send through the forms
When you fill in a form on this site (the contact form, a buy box, a listing's details, a showing request or the zoning check), what you enter goes to Harjas by email through Formspree, the form service the site uses. That can include your name, email, phone number, an address and your message. The zoning check also sends the zoning and City of Calgary property details for the address you looked up.
Harjas uses these details to contact you about your enquiry or the property, and may keep them in his client records.
Cookies and tracking, only if you accept
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept cookies. If you decline, none of the tools below load. If you accept, these load:
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are read and where visitors came from.
- Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and session replays, to show how the site is used. What you type into form fields is masked and not recorded.
- Meta Pixel lets Facebook and Instagram show this site's ads to people who have visited it, and measure those ads.
When a form goes through, these tools are told which form it was, for example the zoning check. They are never sent what you typed. Each company sets its own cookies and handles the data under its own policy: Google, Microsoft and Meta.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Listing views
The MLS® search on this site (Search Homes) uses listing data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). When you open a listing there, the site reports the view to CREA with a random ID kept in your browser and your IP address, so CREA can count how often listings are viewed. Your name and contact details are not part of it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details you sent through a form, email HarjasRealtor@gmail.com.
